Jean-Luc Landry brings over 50 years of experience in investment management and corporate finance. He co-founded Canagex Placements (now Fiera Capital) and led Montrusco Bolton, managing $10 billion in assets. He has served on investment committees for Alberta Investment Management Corporation and Capital Régional et Coopératif Desjardins and is a board member of Garda World. As Northstone Power’s CEO and largest shareholder, he drives the company’s strategic vision.

CFO
Bruce Park brings over 25 years of experience in finance, accounting, and project management across domestic and international markets. He spent a decade overseas leading financial system development in Jakarta and Bontang, Indonesia, and has managed financial operations from head offices in New York and regional offices in Calgary. With expertise in project planning, cost accounting, and financial controls, he ensures effective oversight of capital-intensive projects. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary and is a Certified Management Accountant.

VP of Operations
Doug St. Pierre has over 20 years of experience in the power industry, specializing in project development from inception to construction. At Westlock-Algonquin Power, he played a key role in developing two biomass power facilities in Alberta. With deep expertise in Alberta’s deregulated power market, he has built strong industry relationships with gas and power marketers, as well as engineering and construction firms. Doug holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Alberta.

Richard Ronchka is a professional engineer with over two decades of experience in the energy sector, spanning oil refining and electricity. He has managed all aspects of the energy services value chain, including load research, forecasting, product development, and price setting. Richard is the founding Chair and CEO of the Canadian Energy Efficiency Alliance and has served on the EnerQuality Board and the E7 Network of Expertise for the Global Environment. He holds degrees in Engineering and Education, as well as a Master’s in Business.

Marianne Fortier-Landry has ten years of accounting and managing experience in different fields such has the media industry and non-profit organizations. She began her career in the audit department of KPMG Montreal. Marianne holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from HEC Montreal and became a Chartered Accountant in 2009.

Clinton Richardson has been the Operations Manager at Northstone Power for five years, overseeing the development and management of power projects in Alberta. With a strong background in energy markets and project execution, he plays a key role in optimizing plant operations and strategic growth initiatives. Clinton holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta, specializing in Natural Resources, Energy, and Environment. His expertise spans power generation, regulatory compliance, and asset management, ensuring efficient and reliable operations in Alberta’s evolving energy landscape.
